We guarantee delivery throughout Brazil or your money back. For your convenience, our products are delivered by Correios and as soon as the posting is completed, the tracking link to track the delivery is sent to the registered email.
The Tracking Code will be sent directly to the registered email within 10 business days (don't forget to finish your registration to receive the information).
Did something unexpected happen and your order was not delivered? Virgo guarantees a full refund of the purchase amount if the loss is proven.
SECURITY:
Our website is 100% reliable . The payment system is carried out through Mercado Pago, protecting your information. Payments made by credit card undergo an anti-fraud analysis, protecting our store and you, the consumer.
Payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days to be completed according to Mercado Pago and card brand rules.
DELIVERY TIME:
Because these products are so exclusive and rare in Brazil, we import them from outside the country. The estimated delivery time can vary between 9 and 35 business days.
All orders have a tracking link so you can follow the delivery to your address.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
To request an exchange or return of the product, you must contact us via WhatsApp (11 123456789) or by email (oficialvirgo@gmail.com) within 7 calendar days after delivery, informing the order number, the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the request.
After the procedure, we will return within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed. In order for the product exchange to be accepted, the item must be sent in its original packaging and without signs of use. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.
NOTE: If the request is not made within 7 days of receipt, the customer will lose the right to exchange or return.
We will only exchange your product if it is defective!
Cancellation of purchase must be requested within 24 hours after payment!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
It may take up to 10 days for the tracking code to update the information on the tracking website, and the message “Item not found” may appear. Since the products are sent by different suppliers, it is possible that one item arrives before another. There may be a slight variation in color due to each buyer's monitor and also a difference of 1 to 3 centimeters in the size of the product.
We are not responsible for incorrectly registered addresses, as it is the buyer's responsibility to register the correct data, therefore we do not refund the money for the product in these cases.
If the product is returned to the sender because the Post Office is unable to deliver it or the product is awaiting collection, a fee will be charged for resending.
